Call for organized session proposal for WEF 2011
The International Program Committee of WEF 2011 invites proposals for organized sessions which will be presented at the symposium. The organized session proposal should be related to any aspects of the meeting topics. Each of organized sessions will be scheduled for 90 minutes slot (6 papers) or connected two or three slots.
Organizers of OS should post their proposal by email to the IPC Secretary. A proposal of OS should indicate (1) session title, (2) session description, (3) expected number of papers, (4) expected attendance, (5) session Organizer(s) (name, affiliation contact information), (6) session chair(s) (7) other useful information and/or requests. The session description should include objectives and relevance of the OS to the symposium.
Submitted proposal will be reviewed by the IPC. Due to limitation of session slots, please understand that not all proposals will be accepted. For accepted proposals, organizers will be responsible for promotion of the OS, contribution of papers for the OS and the moderation of the OS at the symposium・ Procedure, regulations and important dates for papers of the OS are the same as those of regular sessions.
