Registration Site

Participants are encouraged to take advantage of early bird registration by completing a Registration Form and paying lower registration fees on line. Or they can register on site paying the standard registration fees. The registration fees are calculated in JP Yen.

The fee for full program delegates includes: Access at the symposium meetings for 5 days (Sep. 19-23), Reception on Sep. 19 and Banquet on Sep. 22, Coffee breaks and poster sessions, Each participant will receive a paper copy of the program and the abstracts, and a CD-ROM of full papers.
The fee for daily delegates includes: Access at the symposium meetings for 1 day, Coffee breaks and poster sessions, Each participant will receive a paper copy of the program and the abstracts, and a CD-ROM of full papers.

Registration information
Registration for the CIGR International Symposium WEF 2011 will be opened on September 19, 201l and remain open until the last day of the Conference.
Please review the registration and refund policy carefully as refund penalties may apply.

Payment
You may use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or JCB card. Only these four payment types will be accepted for the registration fee payments through the online entry of Registration Site. If you need more information about your payment, please contact our secretary, cigr-info@cigr2011.org.

What is covered by the fee?

Regular registrants: The registration fee includes access to opening ceremony, technical sessions, abstract, proceedings (CD-ROM), coffee breaks welcome reception, and banquet, and post-congress tour (foreign participants only).

Student registrant: if at the time of registration or at the time of initial submission of paper for review the registrant is a “full-time student” at a recognized institution, s/he may register at student rate. The registrant will be registered to provide evidence of full-time student status. The registration fee includes access to opening ceremony, technical sessions, abstract, proceedings (CD-ROM), coffee breaks, welcome reception, and banquet, and post-congress tour (foreign participants only).

One day registrant: The registration fee includes access to technical sessions and coffee breaks on the designated day, abstract, and proceedings (CD-ROM).

Refund Policy
Full refund for the payments made directly to symposium organization will be made upon written request received by the symposium secretariat on/before March 15, 2011. No refund will be made after May 15, 2011.

Disclaimer
Neither the Organizing Committee nor the Symposium Secretariat will accept liability for any damage and/or loss that may be incurred by a Symposium participant or his/her companion during the activities of the Symposium or the social activities connected with the Symposium. The participants take part in all tours and events connected with the Symposium at their own risk, Participants are advised to charge any loss or damage they may incur during the Symposium or the travel to and from the Symposium location to their insurance.

Insurance
The Organizers of the symposium shall not accept any responsibility for the individual medical, travel, or personal insurance of the participants in the Symposium. All participants are strongly advised to obtain a personal insurance before attending the Symposium. The Organizers will not be responsible for the loss or damage of the participants' personal belongings.

Unexpected cancellation of the event
The organizers reserve the right to cancel without notice or compensation CIGR WEF 2011 in the event of unexpected cancellation (for example, but not limited to, acts of nature such as fire, earthquake, hurricane(typhoon), volcano eruption, flood or terrorist attacks). In such cases, the organizers are freed of all responsibility and no liability for any claim for damages and/or losses will be accepted.
Limitation of liability of organization: in the event of it being impossible to carry out CIGR WEF 201l for unexpected cancellation, so long as this arises from a cause not attributable to the organizers, the organization shall only be obliged to reimburse the payments received subject to deduction of any costs it has incurred in preparing the event. This liability only extends to the payments made directly to Congress organization and not to payments made by the attendees to the hotel or airlines.
The applicable law is the Japanese law. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in relation to this contract shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Tokyo.
